HOW CAN I MAKE A GROUP BOOKING?
Please bear in mind we only accept groups of up to 6 guests. So to guarantee and comfortable and cosy stay for all of our guests. We can recommend an alternative accommodation for your bigger groups if you wish.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Send us an email and we will take care of the rest, according to our cancelation policy.
Bookings made through a 3rd party website must be cancelled through the same website.

What if I am under 18 years old?
We don’t allow anyone under the age of 18 to stay in a shared dorm. If you are under 18, you’ll need to stay in a private room and be accompanied by an adult.
DO YOU SUPPLY BED LINEN AND TOWELS?
Yes we do supply bed linen. Towels are included for our private rooms and for bookings made through our website.
DO YOU HAVE A GUEST KITCHEN?
Yes, we do have a kitchen.
DO YOU HAVE A LUGGAGE ROOM?
This is something we can arrange, please let us know by email if you wish to use our luggage room.
